Insurance Category <br />Workers Compensation <br />Employer's Liability <br />Comprehensive General <br />Liability <br />Automobile Liability <br />Property -Fire' <br />Minimum Limits <br />statutory minimum <br />$1,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury, personal <br />injury and property damage <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence <br />for bodily injury, personal <br />injury, and property damage <br />$1,000,000 <br />$ Replacement value of <br />the improvements <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall <br />furnish Agency and City with certificates and copies of information or declaration <br />pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br />comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) <br />coverage, original endorsements: <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br />written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br />class mail; <br />(b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br />with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br />endorsement); <br />(c) Naming the Agency, its Board, the City, its Council, and their <br />respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, <br />as additional insureds; and <br />(d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary <br />insurance with respect to Agency, it Board, the City, its Council, <br />and their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, <br />and agents, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by <br />Agency for itself, its Board, and City for itself, its Council, and for <br />their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, or <br />agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not <br />contributory with it. <br />Property -Fire insurance policy shall become effective no later than the date of notice <br />to proceed is given to the general contractor for work covered under this Agreement. <br />3/3/2003 <br />Ell <br />
