Insurance Category Workers Compensation Employer's Liability Comprehensive General Liability Automobile Liability Property -Fire' Minimum Limits statutory minimum $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage $1,000,000 $ Replacement value of the improvements Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish Agency and City with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) coverage, original endorsements: (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; (b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); (c) Naming the Agency, its Board, the City, its Council, and their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and (d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to Agency, it Board, the City, its Council, and their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by Agency for itself, its Board, and City for itself, its Council, and for their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it.
