PROJECTED DATES OF DISPLACEMENT <br />No business occupant will be required to move from the Project without having received <br />at least 90 days advance written notice of the date by which the business must move. <br />It is anticipated that 90 -Day Notices to Vacate will be issued to Project occupants <br />approximately March 1, 2003. <br />L. ESTIMATED RELOCATION COSTS <br />The estimated relocation costs for the twenty (20) businesses and govemmental <br />agencies impacted by the Project total $915,000. <br />The relocation estimate was developed based upon tenant interviews, comparable <br />available replacement space costs in the vicinity of the proposed Project, and Pacific <br />Relocation Consultants' experience in relocating similar types of businesses. It is also <br />understood that all businesses would be permanently displaced from the site should the <br />Project proceed. <br />The estimated relocation budget indicated above makes no provision for the relocation <br />of any other tenants from the Project site nor does it include any funds which may be <br />disbursed for acquisition of real property, payment for improvements pertaining to the <br />realty, possible loss of goodwill, relocation administrative costs or provision for any <br />other professional services necessary for implementation of the Project. <br />PREPARED BY: PACIFIC RELOCATION CONSULTANTS (PRC) PAGE 12 <br />
