EXHIBIT A <br /> A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1. Definitions: <br /> A. Normal Business Hours: Defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through <br /> 5:00 p.m. except the following currently recognized RWC holidays (calendar <br /> dates vary depending on the year): <br /> • New Year's Day <br /> • .Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br /> • Presidents Day <br /> • Memorial Day <br /> • 4th of July <br /> • Labor Day <br /> • Veterans Day <br /> • Thanksgiving Day <br /> • Thanksgiving Friday <br /> • Christmas Eve <br /> • Christmas Day <br /> • New Year's Eve <br /> B. Non- business hours: All hours worked outside of normal business hours. <br /> BAWSCA requested work to be performed during non - business hours will be <br /> charged at a rate equal to one - and -one -half times the then current rate. Example: <br /> A request from BAWSCA for RWC to install or allow BAWSCA access to RWC <br /> server room to install new equipment during a weekend to minimize disruption <br /> during BAWSCA normal business hours. <br /> 2. SharePoint Service: RWC will host and maintain a virtual, dedicated Microsoft <br /> SharePoint server, accessible through the internet, with storage capacity up to 10GB. <br /> Each additional 58G of storage required by BAWSCA will be charged an additional $50 <br /> per month. Additional storage can only be purchased in 5GB increments. <br /> BAWWCA, or their agent, not RWC, will be responsible for administering users and <br /> 7 2694537.1 <br />
