3. BAWSCA agrees to compensate RWC for Information Technology services. Direct <br /> external costs such as all software licenses, external contractors and equipment <br /> purchases on behalf of BAWSCA are borne by BAWSCA. Information Technology <br /> services costs include those expenses necessary to administer this Agreement. RWC <br /> will provide these services for an hourly rate of $138.43 for work done during fiscal year <br /> 2010 -2011 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011). The hourly rate is adjusted on an annual <br /> i <br /> fiscal yea r basis. <br /> h immediately following the <br /> 4. Terms of Payment. Beginning the month im y g et to be yet <br /> "go -live" date, RWC shall invoice BAWSCA $650. This includes a $500 <br /> setup fee plus the first month's cost of service of $150. Monthly thereafter, RWC will <br /> invoice BAWSCA $150 as the monthly service fee. <br /> 5. Charges for other services and special projects: Additional hours for special <br /> projects requested of RWC by BAWSCA will be charged at the current rate in the fiscal <br /> year in which the work was done. These hours will be invoiced in the month following <br /> the completion of the requested service or incurred expense or at the end of the fiscal <br /> year, at either RWC discretion or BAWSCA request. <br /> License fees, external vendor charges, and equipment purchases will be paid directly by <br /> BAWSCA or reimbursed by BAWSCA if paid by RWC, and shall be without RWC <br /> overhead fees. <br /> 6. Requesting Support: <br /> • Non - emergency support — support request during normal business hours, as <br /> defined in Exhibit A, section A.1.A, and where RWC staff is not on -site, can be <br /> requested using one of the following three methods: <br /> i. Logging into RWC's online help desk system at <br /> http: / /thecity. redwoodcity. orq:8080 /hdti ndex. htx. <br /> ii. Calling or emailing the primary Analyst assigned to BAWSCA. <br /> iii. Calling RWC help desk at (650) 780 -7093 <br /> • Emergency support — non - planned support requests for services during non - <br /> 9 2694537.1 <br />
