Your agency must submit comments, witl�in 90 days, to the I�on. Ciifford V. Cretan. Your <br /> agency's response is due no later than October 12, 201Q. Please note that the response should indicate that it <br /> was approved by yaur governing budy at a public meeting. <br /> For a)1 f�ndings, yovr responding agency shall indicate one of the following: <br /> 1. The respondent agrees with the fiading, <br /> 2. The respondent disagrees wholly or partially with the findin�, in which case the response shall specify <br /> the portion of the finding that is disputed and shall incIude an explanation of the reasons therefore. <br /> I Additionaily, as to each Grand Jury recommendation, your responding agency shali report one of the foIlowing <br /> actions: <br /> 1. The reconunendation has heen implemented, with a summary regarding the implemented ackion. <br /> 2. The recommendafion has not yet been implernented, but will be implemented in the future, with a <br /> titne frame for implementation <br /> 3. The recom�mendation requires further analysis, with an explanation and the scope and parameters of <br /> an analysis or study, and a time frame for the matter w be prepared for discussion by the afficer or <br /> director ofthe agency or depariment being investigated or reviewcd, inelud�ng the governing body of <br /> Ehe public agency when applicable. This time frame shat[ not exceed six months from the date of <br /> publication of the Grand Jury report. <br /> 4. The recormnendation will not be implemented because it is nat warranted or reasanable, with an <br /> explanaEion therefore. <br />
