ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 5 <br /> <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br /> This Task Order No. 5 is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (the <br />"City"), and Waterworks Industries, Inc. (the "Consultant") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND <br /> IMPLMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Consultant: WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES, INC. <br /> 5280 BRADSHAW ROAD, SUITE 200 <br /> SACRAMENTO, CA 95829 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: September 10, '1999 <br /> <br /> 1. Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Description of Services: See Exhibit "A," attached. <br /> <br /> 3. Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in <br /> this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation <br /> described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on file <br /> in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Two Hundred <br /> Nine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($208,740.00). <br /> <br /> 4. Time of Performance. Consultant shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before December 31,2003 <br /> <br /> 5. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved <br /> by the City Council of Redwood City on April 71 2003 , by motion <br /> duly made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is <br /> attached). <br /> <br /> 6. Limitation; Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified <br /> hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
