EXHIBIT ` <br /> • SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE SITE <br /> HOURS OF WORK <br /> A. Working hours shall be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. <br /> II. PLANS <br /> A. Those certain plans entitled "Fair Oaks Community Center — Fascia <br /> Replacement Project" consisting of three (3) sheets, are hereby made a <br /> part of this contract. <br /> B. The City's Standard Specifications and Details. <br /> C. State of California, Department of Transportation, Standard Plans dated <br /> January, 1992 are hereby made a part of this contract. <br /> D. State of California, Building Code 2007, shall be hereby made a part of this <br /> contract. <br /> III. TIME OF COMPLETION, INSURANCE & BONDS <br /> A. Time of completion shall be thirty (30) calendar days from the Notice to <br /> Proceed. <br /> B. The contractor shall submit a certificate of insurance showing <br /> comprehensive workers' compensation and general liability insurance <br /> coverage in the amount of $1,000,000. Such certificate shall also name the <br /> City of Redwood City, its Council, Boards, Commissions, Officers, Agents <br /> and employees as additional insured on the policy as shown in paragraph 7 <br /> of the "Agreement ". <br /> C. Bonds shall be required for this project (see Standard Bond Attachments C <br /> & D). Other bond forms may be used, subject to approval prior to the start <br /> of work. <br /> IV. Project Intent <br /> A. The intent of the project is to replace the sheathing and the stand —off <br /> (decorative) panels on the existing wood fascia. The fascia panels have <br /> suffered some damage due to the fact that the panels rested / landed on top <br /> of the metal flashing, thereby absorbing water during rainy occasions. It is <br /> the intent to replace all the sheathing and panels, and provide a clearance, <br /> from the bottom of the panels to the lower metal flashing. There are two (2) <br /> dimension groups, as shown on the documents. One is the 24" high fascia <br /> assembly (approx 450 L.F.), and the other is 12 inch high fascia assembly <br /> (approx. 100 L.F.) <br /> V. MEASUREMENT & PAYMENT <br /> 1.
