EXHIBIT ` • SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE SITE HOURS OF WORK A. Working hours shall be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. II. PLANS A. Those certain plans entitled "Fair Oaks Community Center — Fascia Replacement Project" consisting of three (3) sheets, are hereby made a part of this contract. B. The City's Standard Specifications and Details. C. State of California, Department of Transportation, Standard Plans dated January, 1992 are hereby made a part of this contract. D. State of California, Building Code 2007, shall be hereby made a part of this contract. III. TIME OF COMPLETION, INSURANCE & BONDS A. Time of completion shall be thirty (30) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. B. The contractor shall submit a certificate of insurance showing comprehensive workers' compensation and general liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000. Such certificate shall also name the City of Redwood City, its Council, Boards, Commissions, Officers, Agents and employees as additional insured on the policy as shown in paragraph 7 of the "Agreement ". C. Bonds shall be required for this project (see Standard Bond Attachments C & D). Other bond forms may be used, subject to approval prior to the start of work. IV. Project Intent A. The intent of the project is to replace the sheathing and the stand —off (decorative) panels on the existing wood fascia. The fascia panels have suffered some damage due to the fact that the panels rested / landed on top of the metal flashing, thereby absorbing water during rainy occasions. It is the intent to replace all the sheathing and panels, and provide a clearance, from the bottom of the panels to the lower metal flashing. There are two (2) dimension groups, as shown on the documents. One is the 24" high fascia assembly (approx 450 L.F.), and the other is 12 inch high fascia assembly (approx. 100 L.F.) V.
