2. Your quote shall include the price, inclusive of labor, equipment, and materials, to install the vegetation at the designated areas along the levee. The attached landscaping plan provides additional information and shows the level of effort required. Vegetation alternatives may be submitted. However all altematives must be reviewed and approved by a USFWS biologist prior to city acceptance. 3. Seed mixes may be hydro seeded with a hose or applied by hand onto a lightly tilled soil surface. All work will be conducted using hand tools. BIRD PERCHING PREVENTION 1. The landscaping contractor shall install bird perching prevention devices along the top of the 1538 LF sheet pile retaining wall (see exhibit B).
