"Proposal"), attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A". City reserves the right to <br />delete any of the services described in the Proposal. A reasonable deduction <br />(including overhead and profit) shall be made to the contract price in the event of <br />a deduction in the scope of work. Consultant shall perform the Services in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement everything required <br />to be performed, and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, <br />materials, and tools to perform the services contemplated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. Proposals; Compensation: The following terms and conditions <br />establish the general scope of liability and responsibility that governs this <br />Agreement and/or work authorizations resulting therefrom. The Agreement <br />prices and terms are established hereunder in good faith and are not subject to <br />renegotiation except as herein set forth. <br /> <br /> The total amount of compensation for services rendered and the <br /> reimbursement of costs payable hereunder shall be as respectively set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A."
