8. Acceptance of Undisputed Payment. Acceptance by Consultant of <br />an undisputed payment made under the terms of this Agreement shall operate <br />as, and shall be, a release to City, and their duly authorized agents, from all <br />claim of and/or liability to Consultant arising by virtue of this Agreement related <br />to those amounts. Disputed contract claims in stated amounts may be <br />specifically excluded by Consultant from the operation of the release. <br /> <br /> 9. Aqreement of Subcontractors, No subcontractor shall be authorized <br />to render any service on the Site unless approved in writing by the City. All <br />contracts for work to be performed at the Site between Consultant and any of its <br />subcontractors are subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 9. LicensinR. Consultant warrants that it possesses all necessary State <br />and federal licenses and/or permits required and/or necessary to perform the <br />services provided herein. The representations made herein, including the <br />permitting and licensing information hereinafter furnished, are made under <br />penalty of perjury. <br /> <br /> 10. Conflict Between Documents.
