12. Invoicinq - Time and Materials: Invoices will be issued monthly (in <br />a form acceptable to the City) which will itemize labor expended by skill <br />category, individual and hourly rate, along with the material, equipment, <br />supplies, subcontracted services, travel, and other expenses incurred by <br />Consultant directly in the performance of the services provided. All labor and <br />expenses incurred shall be invoiced and reimbursed as set forth in the attached <br />Consultant Rate Schedule, marked Exhibit "B," provided that the invoices are <br />consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any special project <br />summary reporting or special invoicing requirements must be conveyed by City <br />to Consultant prior to commencement of the work to be specially invoiced to <br />allow Consultant to evaluate the cost impact, if any. <br /> <br /> 13. Taxes: Prices, rates, and estimates provided hereunder are <br />inclusive of any federal, state, local, or municipal sales, use, or excise taxes on <br />the services or equipment delivered hereunder. <br /> <br /> 14. Existinq Site Condition and Access: City grants to Consultant and <br />its subcontractors access and authority to enter the Site to fulfill the scope of <br />services called for by this Agreement. City acknowledges that Consultant did <br />not create any hazardous waste, pollution sources, nuisance, or chemical or <br />industrial disposal problem, if any, which may exist at the Site.
