15. Insurance: Consultant shall maintain, at no cost to City, workers' <br />compensation and employer's liability insurance of a form and in an amount as <br />required by the state in which the services are being performed; other coverages <br />include: commercial general liability (including contractual and products), and <br />automobile liability (including owned, non-owned and hired), insurance with <br />policy limits of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) each. Certificates of insurance <br />to provide evidence of the above coverage will be provided upon award of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />furnish City (Attn: Public Works Services Director) with certificates and copies of <br />information or declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with <br />respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability <br />insurance coverage original endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br /> mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> AGm'-~92 7 <br /> share<J/shared/R edwood'c~uncil <br /> FXS:~g <br /> <br /> 08/24/98R <br /> <br /> <br />
