to any other remedy provided by law or equity to the City, at its own expense, <br />perform corrective services of the type originally performed as may be <br />reasonably required to correct such defects of which Consultant is notified in <br />writing within twelve (12) months of the date of completion of services. <br /> <br /> 18. Records. Consultant shall keep and maintain accurate records of all <br />time expended and costs and expenses incurred relating to services to be <br />performed hereunder for a period of four (4) years after completion of the <br />services to be provided hereunder. Said records shall be available to City for <br />review and copying during regular business hours at Consultant's place of <br />business, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties. <br /> <br /> 19. Non-Disclosure Aqreement. Consultant will keep confidential all <br />City furnished data and reports generated hereunder and will not disclose such <br />information to any third parties without City authorization. City acknowledges <br />that dissemination or reuse of Consultant's reports or data outside the scope <br />and intent of this Agreement will be at City's sole risk and liability. <br /> <br /> 20. Riqhts in Data. Any reports, documents, or findings that are <br />prepared for City in complete or partial fulfillment of this Agreement shall, upon <br />completion of the report, document, or finding, become the property of City.
