NOW, THERBFORE, Consultant and the City agree as follows; <br /> AGREEMENT: <br /> (1) Scope of Service. Consultant agrees to provide professional technical consulting <br /> services to install and license to City its soflware programs and to provide certain training, <br /> maintenance and ather scivices related thereto. The scope of such services, including all tasks to <br /> be performed, shall be as detailed in Exhibit A, which by reference is incorporated in#o this <br /> Agreement. <br /> k <br /> (2) Compensation. City hereby agrees to pay Consultant pursuant to the attached <br /> Exhibit B, which by reference is incorporated into this Agreement, such fee, inclusive of costs, <br /> profits and expenses, not to exceed the amount of $86,710.00. <br /> (3) Effective Date and Term. The effective date of this Agreement is as first stated <br /> above and it shall terminate after final comple{ion of the project as determined by the City. <br /> (4) Indapendent Contractor Stahis.
