Consultant shall assign only competent personnel to perform services pursuant to this Agreement. If City asks Consultant to remove for cause a person assigned to the work called for under this Agreement, Consultant agrees to do sti immediately regardless of the reason for City's request. (9) Assignment and Subcontracting.
