<br />RESOLUTION NO. 934 5 <br /> <br />CITY OF BELMONT <br />San Mateo County, California <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BELMONT APPROVING A THIRD AMENDMENT TO <br />THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK THOMAS & COMPANY, <br />INc. FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE RALSTON <br />A VENUEIROUTE 101 INTERCHANGE PROJECT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />$490,203, CITY CONTRACT NO. 402 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the professional services to be performed by the consultant; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consultant is qualified to provide such amended services to the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has elected to engage the services of the consultant upon the terms contained in <br />the Professional Services Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council that: <br />I. It hereby approves the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Mark <br />Thomas & Company, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $490,203, for a total Professional Services <br />Agreement approval not to exceed of$2,328,613; and <br />2.
