The fIrst goes back to the PSR report when we did additional work
associated with the alternatives analysis resulting from comments / requests by Caltrans. We had to prepare an
operational analysis for two additional alternatives than was originally included in our scope. This includes 3 meetings
with Caltrans Highway Operations staff to discuss our analysis and data. used, to prepare LOS calculations for the
intersections, and to submit a CORSIM eleclronic file to Caltrans for review. The second task addresses fe-design
associated with the profile changes that occured late last year. This includes producing two new TOS sheets, changing
one ramp metering sheet, changing six lighting sheets (two major, 4 minor), expanding one lighting sheet, changing two
signal sheets, adding soffit lighting, redesiging city/state lighting to address system change, making adjustments regarding
bike path lighting and field visit to understand new profile implications.
