o <br /> City agrees that, subsequent to the completion of the annexa- <br /> tion proceedings, water service shall be furnished to Tehaney's <br /> property from the existing water main in Cordilleras Road. <br /> 3. City may, at the option of the Water Superintendent <br /> and the City Manager, permit Tehaney to make water connections <br /> to the existing watts main in Cordilleras Road to serve one or <br /> more of his lots prior to the completion of annexation proaNdings. <br /> Permission for a water connection to serve any one lot shall not <br /> be construed to permit any further connections to be made until <br /> subsequent to the completion of said annexation proceedings. <br /> 4.
