. �l <br /> • • <br /> (e) The construction and installation of sanitary sewer mains <br /> and appurtenances where not presently available, together with <br /> standard manholes, manhole frames and covers, house services to <br /> lots not presently being served, together with the lowering of the <br /> existing sanitary sewer laterals not having sufficient cover, and <br /> the lowering or raising of all existing manholes to fit the new <br /> pavement grade. <br /> (f) The acquisition of all lands and easements and the per- <br /> forming of all work auxiliary to any of the above necessary to <br /> complete the sane; and <br /> WT12 R AS, said Board of Supervisors has determined that said <br /> acquisition and improvements should be made chargeable upon an as- <br /> sessment district benefited thereby, the exterior boundaries of which <br /> are the coterminous exterior boundaries shown on the map thereof on <br /> file in the office of the County Clerk; and <br /> ',,I EREAS, a portion of the work to be done is of such character <br /> that it will directly and peculiarly affect property not only with- <br /> in the unincorporated territory in the County of San i`ateo but also <br /> property within the limits of the City of Redwood City, and the <br /> Purpose sought to be accomplished by said acquisitions and improve- <br /> ments can best be accomplished by a single comprehensive scheme of <br /> work as that proposed to be done; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San ' ateo <br /> has adopted on April 20, 1960, Resolution 7o. 15029, requesting <br /> the consent of the City of Redwood City to the exercise of extra- <br /> territorial jurisdiction to undertake proceedings for the acquisition <br /> and construction of the above described public improvements; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FJD1'100D CIT:-'; <br /> AS F OLLO?^1S : <br /> -2- <br />
