(6) The construction and installation of an, eigh i*sh {$ l vitrifi <br /> clay pipe sanitary sewer fray a point for hundred fifty feat !) easterty <br /> of the centerline of Redwood Avenue to Palm Avenue ; ; the construction of an <br /> eight -inch (8 ") vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer from Palm Avenue to a <br /> point seven hundred thirty -three feet (733' ) westerly of the centerline of <br /> Palm Avenue; the construction and installation of a six -inch (6 ") vitrified <br /> clay pipe sanitary sewer from a point ?33 feet westerly of the centerline <br /> of Palm Avenue to a point nine hundred nine feet (909') westerly of the <br /> centerline of Palm Avenue, together with all manholes, frames and covers, . <br /> wyes, plugs, connections to existing sanitary sewers and all appurtenances <br /> necessary to complete above sanitary sewer systee <br /> (7) The construction and installation of four -inch (14.") vitrified, *lay <br /> je sanitary sewer laterals throughout the improvement district as necessary, <br /> (8) The construction and installation of a six -inch (6 ") cast iron pipe <br /> water main from a point four hundred fifty feet (45O') easterly of the <br /> centerline of Redwood Avenue to Palm Avenue; the construction and installation <br /> of a six -inch (6 ") cast iron pipe water main from Palm Avenue to a point <br /> seven hundred forty -five feet (745') easterly of the centerline of Palm Avenue; <br /> the construction and installation of a four -inch (4") cast iron pipe water <br /> main from a point ?45 feet easterly of the centerline of Palm Avenue to a <br /> point nine hundred ten feet (910g) easterly of Palm Avenue; the construction <br /> and installation of a six -inch (6 ") cast iron pipe water main from a point <br /> 745 feet easterly of Palm Avenue to the northerly side of Oxford Street; the <br /> construction and installation of fire hydrants complete with all appurtenances <br /> on Regent Street, together with all valves, valve frames and covers, tees,, <br /> bends and all necessary appurtenances to complete the above water system. <br /> t91 The construction and installation of one -inch (1 ") copper water <br /> services together with all necessary tapping connections, and curb stops <br /> complete with all necessary appurtenances as shown on the plans and in the <br /> specifications, <br /> (10) The acquisition of all easements, rights of way and other properties <br /> reasonably necessary to complete all of the improvements described above. <br /> (11) The construction and installation of all work, and the furnishing <br /> of all materials necessary therefor, auxiliary to, or which may be reasonably <br /> required to complete any of the work provided to be done in paragraphs 1 to <br /> t 10 above. <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at <br /> the places and in the manner, and to the lines, grades and elevations, <br /> as shown upon the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor and <br /> on file in the office of the City Engineer of Redwood City. <br /> 2. Said contemplated work and improvement, in the opinion of said <br /> City Council, is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and <br /> said Council does hereby made the cost and expenses of doing such <br /> work and improvement chargeable upon a District, which. District said <br /> City Council declares to be the District benefitted by said work and <br /> improvement and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expenses <br /> thereof, and which said Assessment District is wholly within the <br /> limits of said City of Redwood City, State of California, and is des- <br /> cribed as follows: <br /> - 2 - <br />
