I r <br /> 111 411 <br /> Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), is equal to or less than the <br /> value of those parcels described in Exhibit "A ", the Council <br /> hereby finds and determines that the property to be received by <br /> the City from REDWOOD CITY REALTY COMPANY, is equal to or <br /> greater in value than the hereinbefore mentioned City owned <br /> property, plus the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($7,500.00). <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give public <br /> notice of the acquisition of the above mentioned parcels of <br /> real property in accordance with the requirements of Section <br /> 3 -1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. The City Manager and City Treasurer are hereby <br /> authorized to acquire the above mentioned parcels of real <br /> property described in Exhibit "A" hereof, and to expend the sum <br /> of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) therefor, <br /> five (5)days after the completion of publication required by <br /> Section 3 -1/2 of the Charter. <br /> 4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to exe- <br /> cute a Grant Deed to REDWOOD CITY REALTY COMPANY, without <br /> warranty expressed or implied, conveying those parcels of City <br /> owned property described in Exhibit "B" hereof. <br /> -2- <br />
