411 111 PARCEL ONE: A portion of Lot 7 Main Street lots, as shown on that certain map entitled `Town of Mezesville ", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northerly line of Broad- way (formerly called Bridge Street) 70.00 feet in width, with the Westerly line of Main Street, 70 feet in width; thence along said Westerly line of Main Street, North 3 30' West a distance of 304.42 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Marshall Street, 80.00 feet in width, with said Westerly line of Main Street, said point also being the true point of beginning; thence along said extension of Marshall Street South 86 30' West to its intersection with the Easterly bank of Redwood Creek; thence Northerly along said Easterly bank to its intersection with the Northerly line of said Lot 7; thence leaving said bank of the creek, North 86P 30' East, along said Northerly line of Lot 7 to its intersection with the Westerly line of Main Street; thence South 3 30' East, along said Westerly line of Main Street, a distance of 47.58 feet to the true point of beginning. PARCEL TWO: A portion of Lots 4, 5 and 6 on the Westerly side of Main Street, as shown on that certain map entitled "Town of Mezeeville ", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on August 1, 1856 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at page 79, Records of San Mateo County, California, and a portion of the Redwood • Embarcadero Creek, described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the center line of said Redwood Embarcadero Creek with a line parallel with and 120 feet Northerly at right angles from the Northerly line of Bridge Street (now known as Broadway); thence along said line parallel with Broadway N. 86° 30' E. to the Southeasterly bank of said creek; thence Northeasterly along said bank, 65 feet, more or less, to a point on a line which is parallel with and measured at right angles 170 feet Northerly from the Northerly line of Broadway; thence along said parallel line N. 86° 30' E. to a line parallel with and 100 feet at right angles Westerly from the Westerly line of Main Street; thence Northerly along said line parallel with said line of Main Street to a point in said parallel line distant thereon 276.25 feet Northerly from said Northerly line of Broadway; thence Westerly parallel with said line of Broadway to said center line of Redwood Embaroadero Creek; thence Southwesterly up said centerline 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
