• <br /> WHEREAS, as a condition to the above findings, the Planning <br /> Commission found that it would be necessary for the applicant to <br /> meet the following condition: <br /> All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br /> and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br /> pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br /> shall be strictly complied with; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the terms of Section 7.31 of Ordinance No. 631, <br /> the Planning Commission is hereby authorized to approve a tentative <br /> map of the above described property, subdividing said property into <br /> two lots, each of which would have an areaof 5,000 square feet <br /> instead of the required 6,000 square feet. <br /> 2. The map which the Planning Commission is hereby authorized <br /> to approve shall be substantially in the form of that map marked <br /> "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out <br /> herein in its entirety and to which reference is hereby made for <br /> full particulars. <br /> 3. The exception hereinabove granted shall be subject to the <br /> following condition: <br /> All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br /> and /or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br /> pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br /> shall be strictly complied with. <br /> -2- <br />
