r <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> That those certain specifications approved by the City Engineer, <br /> entitled " Specifications for the Improvement of Barbour Tract, City <br /> of Redwood City, California ," and those certain plans entitled <br /> ' Plans, Barbour Tract, Redwood City, California <br /> which plans and specifications are now in file in the office of <br /> the City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements <br /> shall be done. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> City and said owners or subdividers entitled "Agreement for the <br /> Improvement of Barbour Tract <br /> a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> - 3 - <br />
