Cilia <br /> , hereinafter called Subdividers; <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Subdividers are engaged in subdividing that certain <br /> tract of land known and designated as mama law <br /> situate in the City of Red- <br /> wood City, County of San Mateo, State of California; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a final map of said R► <br /> has been filed with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Redwood City and ex- officio Clerk of the Council of said City <br /> for presentation to said Council for its approval, which map is <br /> hereby referred to and by said reference incorporated herein; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Subdividers have requested approval of said final <br /> map prior to the construction and completion of improvements, in- <br /> cluding all streets, highways or public ways and public utility <br /> facilities which are a part of or appurtenant to the abovementioned <br /> subdivision, all in accordance with and as required by the plans <br /> and specifications for all or any of said improvements in, appur- <br /> tenant to, or outside the limits of said subdivision, which plans <br /> and specifications are now on file in the office of the City <br /> Engineer of said City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the said City.did on the loth day of <br /> March, 1960 , 1 , approving t Resolution No. 3015 <br /> P _ said <br /> final map and accepting the dedications therein offered, subject <br /> to and on condition that Subdividers first enter into and execute <br /> this agreement with the City of Redwood City, and provide the City <br />
