Subdividers agree to secure the abandonment or release of the existing Pacific Gas and Electric Company easement and to otherwise clear title of the land included within the BARDOOR TRACT of any easements not located within public utility easements designated as such on the final subdivision map. It is understood that no building permits shall be issued to subdividers nor shall the improvements be accepted by City until title is so cleared. 9. Subdividers agree to pay to City the actual cost of relocating the Emerald Lake water pump control circuit from the Pacific GAS and *tlectrio Company power poles where they are presently maintained to the new pole locations within the public utility easements as so designated in the final subdivision map. Such payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the statement of charges from City. 10. Subdividers agree to convey to City, in fee simple absolute, without encumbrances or restrictions of any nature whatsoever, that parcel of land designated as Lot A on the final subdivision map of the BARBOUR TRACT within thirty (30) days after recordation of the final map. 11. All work provided for in this agreement and more speci+ fically described in the plans and specifications herein referred to, shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the City Engineer before the release of any bonds called for herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain subdivision map entitled "BUR TRACT, Redwood City, California," (b) those certain specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer entitled "Specifications for the Improvement of Barbour Tract, City of Redwood City, California," and (c) those certain plans on file in the office of the City Engineer entitled "Improvement Plans, Barbour Tract, Redwood City, California," for a more particular description of the work and improvements
