That the Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br /> directed to prepare and file certified copies of this resolution <br /> with the owners of said territory, the City Clerk and the City <br /> Attorney of the City of San Carlos, and is hereby further directed <br /> to prepare as many certified copies of this resolution as are <br /> necessary for distribution to various governmental agencies which <br /> shall request the same. <br /> 3. That this consent shall not be effective until such time <br /> as the owners of the described territory comply with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 631 and complete subdivision proceedings estab- <br /> lishing the remainder of the parcel of which said territory is <br /> presently a part as a separate parcel. <br /> 4. That in the event annexation proceedings with respect to <br /> that territory described in "Exhibit A" are not initiated by the <br /> City of San Carlos within six (6) months of the adoption of this <br /> resolution, this resolution of consent shall be of no further <br /> force or effect. <br /> -2- <br />
