• • REG:yc:3 /4/60 -6 IV A G R E E M E N T <br /> AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 19 , by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br /> called "City," and FILO CORPORATION, a private corporation located <br /> at 727 Shasta Street, Redwood City, California, hereinafter called <br /> "Filo "; <br /> W I T NE S S E T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Filo is engaged in developing certain land situate <br /> in the City of Redwood City in Block 10 of the Robinson Subdivision; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with such development Filo desires to <br /> improve a portion of that public alley between Adams Street and <br /> Clinton Street in said Block 10, Robinson Subdivision, and has <br /> requested permission of City to proceed with such improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did on the <br /> /a7 day of , 1960 , adopt Resolution No. <br /> approving the plans and specifications for the alley improvements <br /> and authorizing execution of this agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to insure satisfactory performance <br /> by Filo of all improvements indicated in the above mentioned plans <br /> and specifications, and in consideration of the permission of the <br /> City to proceed with the above mentioned improvement work, the <br /> parties hereto do agree as follows: <br /> 1. Filo agrees, at its own cost and expense, to construct <br /> all of the improvements, furnish all of the materials and do all <br /> the work hereinabove or hereinafter mentioned, all in accordance <br /> with and to the extent and as provided in those certain plans en- <br /> titled "Alley Improvement Between Adams Street and Clinton Street, <br /> Block 10, Robinson Subdivision," prepared by Frahm, Maykel & Edler, <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br />
