R_,G : yc :12/22/ 59- 7 <br /> RES OLUTI ON INTO. 2 951 <br /> RESOLUTION CONSE TT1:U TO =1 T CI`;i I T OF <br /> CERTAII; PARKING RESTRICTIOI`iS, LOT 7, <br /> ELOCK 1, REa:`OCD 1'ERRACE NO. 1 <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, at the <br /> request of the Land Development Company, on July 11, 1955, by <br /> the adoption of its Resolution No. 1896, entitled "Resolution <br /> Consenting to the Abandonment of Certain Parking Restrictions, <br /> Redwood Terrace No. 1 and Redwood Terrace ?o. 4 (Roosevelt and <br /> Upton Street)," consented to the abandonment of certain declara- <br /> tions of restrictions affecting Lot 6, Klock 10, and Lot 13, <br /> Block 9, as said lots and blocks are shown on that certain map <br /> entitled "Redwood Terrace No. 4, Redwood City, California," <br /> filed in the office of the Recorder of San Nateo County, <br /> California, on November 2, 1950, in _ -,00k 32 of =aps at Pages 30 <br /> and 31, which declaration of restrictions was dated November 2, <br /> 1950, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Nateo <br /> County, California, in Book 1950 of Official Records at Page 495, <br /> and re- recorded in Kook 1974 of Official Records of San : ateo <br /> County, at page 411, insofar as it affects Lot 6, Block 10, and <br /> Lot 13, Block 9; and <br /> T:77.EREAS, the abandonment of any rights of the City of <br /> Redwood City existing by virtue of the phrase "Reserved for <br /> Parking," printed on that certain nip of Redwood Terrace ;o. 1, <br /> insofar as said reference affected that portion of Lot 7, <br /> Flock 1, Redwood Terrace No. 1, as hereinafter described, was <br /> inadvertently omitted from said resolution consenting to <br /> abandonment of restrictions; and <br /> 'a'BEREAS, Landes Construction Company, through its attorneys, <br /> tiUagstaffe, Daba e- Hulse, have requested that the above mentioned <br /> reservations on the hereinafter described portion of Lot 7, <br /> ?lock 1, Redwood Terrace No. 1, omitted from said Resolution <br /> ro. 1896, be abandoned at this time; <br />
