r . NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those certain rights, if any, which the City of Redwood City may have by virtue of that certain reference on the map of Redwood Terrace No. 1, entitled "Reserved for Parking," insofar as said reference affects the hereinafter described portion of Lot 7, Block 1, as shown on said map entitled "Redwood Terrace No. 1, Redwood City, California," filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, on May 6, 1946, in Book 25 of Maps at pages )111 and 45, are hereby declared of no further force and effect and said Council hereby consents to the abandonment of said rights. 2. The real property above referred to is all that real prop- erty situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Yateo, State of California, being more particularly described as follows: Lot 7, Block 1, "Redwood Terrace No. 1, Redwood City, California," filed May 6, 1946, in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, in Book 25 of Maps at pages )1)1 and 45. EXCEPTING that portion of said lot described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 7, which point bears South 45° 30t East 70.00 feet and South )1)1 30' West 25.00 feet from the intersection of the center lines of Roosevelt Avenue and Fairview Avenue, as shown on said map; thence along the north- westerly line of said Lot 7, northwesterly along a curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet, an arc distance of 31.42 feet, South )1)1° 30 West 48.50 feet and southeast- erly along a curve to the left with a radius of 350 feet tangent to the preceding course, an arc distance of 180.43 feet; thence, leaving said northwesterly line, North 83 00 East 89.87 feet; thence North 1 1 1 1 30' East 170.72 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 7, thence along said northeasterly line North 45° 301 West 81.43 feet to the point of beginning. 3.
