, • KWHW:KIJ 1/21/60 12C / RESOLUTION NO. 2973 adopted 1/25/60 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, California, that the public interest and convenience require and that it is the intention of this Council to make the following changes and modifi- cations in the acquisitions and improvements and in the proceedings had and taken pursuant to Resolution No. 1808 of Intention to Form Parking District in the City of Redwood City and to Issue Bonds to Pay the Costs and Expenses Thereof, Parking District No. 1, adopted December 20, 1954, as follows: 1. Change and modify the acquisitions to be made and the des- cription of Parcel C.1 (portion of Parking Lot No. VI), to be acquired, to read as follows: Parcel C.1 Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Marshall Street, said point being 100.00 feet easterly of the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue; thence from said point of beginning South 03 30' 22" East 137.89 feet; thence North 86° 21' 44" East 62.82 feet; thence South 48° 34' 08" East 5.65 feet; thence South 03 30' 00" East 163.00 feet; thence North 86° 21' 44" East 52.00 feet; thence North 03 30' 00" West 85.26 feet; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 80.75 feet and an angle of 14 31' 28" a distance of 20.47 feet; thence North 86° 21' 44" East 135.08 feet; thence North 03 30' 00" West 202.42 feet to a point on the easterly extension of the south- erly line of Marshall Street; thence South 86° 28' 09" West 265.06 feet to the point of beginning 2. Eliminate that portion of the proposed acquisitions and im- provements identified as Parcel C.2, being that portion of Parking Lot No. VI situated northerly of Marshall Street and its easterly extension. 3. Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and speci- fications therefor and the improvements to be made to include the follow- ing work on and adjacent to Parcel C.1 as described above: a) Grading and earthwork, site preparation, including the re- moving and disposing of trees, bushe4nd existing structures, preparation of subgrade, and the construction thereon of 6" crusher run rock base paw - gs/eA4 /4-ic. wont and nplant mix wearing surface, Portland cement concrete curbs,
