• <br /> gutters, sidewalks, valley gutters and driveways, storm drain lines with <br /> catch basins, boxes, drain slots, manholes, flap gates, connections, cul- <br /> verts and conduits, headerboards and bumpers, a complete lighting system, <br /> including conduit, cable, , luminaires aid lamps and <br /> appurtenant facilities, fences, meter posts and meters, wingwalls, water <br /> lines, planting and painting, and any buildings and structures necessary <br /> for the proper operation thereof. <br /> b) The construction of a temporary dam or bulkhead to exclude <br /> tidal flow from the site of the work and the construction of a double <br /> reinforced concrete closed conduit structure generally along the existing <br /> creek channel from the end of the existing conduit (Station 11 +53.90) <br /> northerly to a point about 20 feet northerly of the northerly line of <br /> Marshall Street or Marshall Street extended easterly (Station 8 +20.00), <br /> together with access hatch cover, reinforcing steel, rubber water stops, <br /> pull rings, storm drain outlet boxes and appurtenances. <br /> c) The construction of all work and acquisitions auxiliary to any <br /> of the above and necessary to complete same. <br /> 4. Change and modify the estimate of cost to total $1,250,000, <br /> plus the cost of constructing all of the work above - described northerly <br /> of the northerly edge of Parcel C.1, the cost of which latter item will <br /> be contributed by the City, and change and modify the amount of bonds to <br /> be issued to $1,250,000. <br /> 5. It is hereby preliminarily determined that all of the territory <br /> within Parking District No. 1 will be benefited by the acquisition and im- <br /> provement of the properties remaining after such changes and modifications. <br /> 6. That the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and file <br /> a supplemental report showing the effect of said proposed changes upon the <br /> estimates and other data given in the original report. <br /> 7.
