NOW, THERr:2ORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That all protests to the assessment heretofore filed <br /> with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to cover the cost <br /> of doing the work described in Resolution No. 2796 of the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City, are hereby overruled <br /> and denied. <br /> 2. That the assessments and the assessment diagram at- <br /> tached thereto, covering the cost of certain improvements made <br /> in the City of Redwood City and described in Resolution No. 2796, <br /> to which resolution reference is hereby made for further par - <br /> titulars, and which assessment has been filed with the Clerk <br /> of the City of Redwood City, be, and the same are, hereby <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> -2- <br />
