That the public convenience and necessity require, and <br /> said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements <br /> described in Resolution of Intention No. 2957 passed and <br /> adopted by said Council on January 11, 1960 , to be performed. <br /> For further particulars as to the work and improvements herein <br /> ordered to be done and for a description of the area proposed to <br /> be assessed for said work and improvements, reference is hereby <br /> made to said Resolution of Intention No, 2957 on file in the <br /> office of the Clerk of Redwood City, <br /> 2, That the work and improvements hereinabovc described <br /> shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said <br /> City of Redwood City and that materials used therein shall <br /> comply with the specifications heretofore adopted; and that the <br /> assessments to be made in said proceedings shall be made and <br /> signed by said City Engineer. <br /> -3- <br />
