YES / <br /> NO / / <br /> CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL NO. 2 <br /> Section 76 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 76. CITIZENSHIP AND RESIDENCE: <br /> All officers and employees of the City and every <br /> department thereof, except those employed for limited, <br /> temporary, seasonal, or special purposes, shall be <br /> citizens of the United States at the time of their <br /> appointment and shall comply with such residence require- <br /> ments as shall be established by ordinance." <br /> Said Charter Amendment Proposal No. 2 shall be submitted to <br /> the electors in the form of a proposal printed on the ballot at <br /> said general municipal election as follows: <br /> "CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL NO. 2 <br /> Shall Charter Amendment Proposal No. 2, amending <br /> Section 76 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, <br /> to provide that City employees shall comply with such <br /> local residence requirements as shall be established <br /> by ordinance, and to delete existing charter requirement <br /> of local residence, be approved?
