Each voter to vote for any of the charter <br /> amendment proposals submitted by this resolution shall stamp a <br /> cross (X) in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the ballot <br /> to the right of said charter amendment proposal, and to vote <br /> against any of the charter amendment proposals submitted by this <br /> resolution shall stamp a cross (X) in the blank space opposite <br /> the word "NO" on the ballot to the right of said charter amend- <br /> ment proposal. On absent -voter ballots, the cross (X) may be <br /> marked with pen or pencil. <br /> Section 3. All persons qualified to vote at municipal <br /> elections in the City of Redwood City upon the date of election <br /> herein called and ordered shall be qualified to vote upon the <br /> charter amendment proposals submitted herein. <br /> -5- <br />
