• <br /> • <br /> hour and place when and where said Council would hear protests <br /> against said annexation; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35313 of the Government Code of <br /> the State of California, the Council determined that the value of <br /> the publicly -owned territory included within the territory proposed <br /> to be annexed, including land and improvements thereon is <br /> Zero Dollars ( • ) ; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence relating to the <br /> value of the property included within the territory proposed to be <br /> annexed and has determined that the value of said territory as <br /> shown on the last equalized assessment roll is <br /> Fifteen thousand sixty Dollars ( (1; 15,060.00 ); <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council duly net and convened at said time and <br /> place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to <br /> said proposed annexation, and has at the hearing in open public <br /> session duly asked for Protests, if any, to the proposed annexa- <br /> tion and has given all persons full opportunity to protest said <br /> annexation and has received evidence relevant to such annexation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, said Council of the City of Redwood City does <br /> hereby find and determine that protest to the proposed annexation <br /> to the City of Redwood City of the territory designated "Sequoia <br /> Terrace" and more fully described in that certain Resolution <br /> No. 2817, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of <br /> Redwood City Giving Notice of the Proposed Annexation of Certain <br /> Uninhabited Territory to said City; Describing said Territory <br /> and Designating it by the Name tSequoia Terrace'; Making Certain <br /> Findings Respecting said Proposal; and Giving Notice of Time and <br /> Place said Council will Hear Protests Thereto," adopted by said <br /> -3- <br />
