• C:yc:11 /13/59 -7 R E S O L U T I O 1 No. 2908 RESOLUTION Rl L ,T'IVE `-�' () THE A 'i t ICATION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO TH STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DIVISION OF SMALL CRAFT HARBORS, FOR A LOAN IN THE LIGUNT OF 300,000, REPAIFENT TO BE JADE Fl `l' TEB GROSS REVENUES OF THE SHALL CRAFT HARBORS 11?TLREAS, the City of Redwood City made formal application to the Division of Small Craft Harbors, State of California, in Lair, 1953, for a loan pursuant to the provisions of the Small Craft Harbors Law (Division 5.7 (commencin; at Section 5801) of the Public Resources Code); and 1EREAS, the Division of Small Craft :',:arbors approved the ap- plication for a loan in the amount of Three L Thousand Dollars ( on January 13 , 1959; and .t; EREAS, the Legislature of the State of California approved the loan on February 16, 1959; and W' :EREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did by its Resolution No. 2898 of 1 ovember 9, 1959, affirm and ratify its application with the Division, and did assent to the Legislature enactments subsequent to the filing of the application, and did amend the application to conform to the provisions of Section 5028 of the Public Resources Code as amended at the 1959 Regular Session of the Legislature ; and EREAS, the City of Redwood City further desires to express its willingness to conform to the requirements and regulations enacted in the Small Craft Harbors Law and adopted by the Small Craft Harbors Commission; NO , ".'uEREFORE : JLE IT RESOLVED : THE COU!`CIL OF THE CITY OF RLDJ00D CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the amount of the loan granted will be used for the purposes of developing the Redwood City municipal = in ac- cordance with the G rovisions of the S:aall Craft Harbors Law and in conformance with such plans and specifications as may be approved by the Division.
