That the Council approves and adopts the proposed Repayment <br /> Plan attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and incorporates said <br /> exhibit as if set out at length herein. <br /> 4.. That the Council approves for the purposes of negotiation <br /> the Agreement between the Division of Small Craft Harbors, State <br /> of California, and the City of Redwood City attached hereto, marked <br /> "Exhibit B," and incorporates said exhibit as if set out at length <br /> herein. <br /> 5. That the Council approves and adopts that certain report <br /> entitled, "Feasibility Report for Redwood City Municipal Marina," <br /> prepared by Noble Harbor Engineering, dated November, 1959, which <br /> said report is presently on file with the Division of Small Craft <br /> Harbors, to which report reference is hereby made for full partic- <br /> ulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof the same as if <br /> set forth herein verbatim. <br /> -2- <br />
