That the Council approves and adopts that certain report <br /> relating to loan repayment and operating expenses as well as the <br /> projected income and feasibility ratios for combined Phases I and II <br /> of the project, entitled "Phases I and II Operating Statement <br /> Summary," dated December, 1959, and marked "Exhibit B," a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporates said exhibit as if set <br /> out at length herein. <br /> 7. That the Council approves for the purposes of negotiation <br /> that proposed agreement submitted to the Division on November 16, <br /> 1959, in connection with the loan approved for Phase I of the project <br /> and expresses its willingness to enter into a similar agreement with <br /> respect to a loan for Phase II of the project. <br /> 8. That the Council approves and adopts that certain layout <br /> plan showing the development of the Municipal Marina under Phases I <br /> and II combined, entitled "Proposed Marina Development, Phases I and <br /> II," dated December, 1959, and marked "Exhibit C," and incorporates <br /> said plan as if set out at length herein. <br /> 9. That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby authorized to execute such formal application as the <br /> Division may require and such supplementary documents as may be <br /> required, provided that said applications and documents will carry <br /> out the intentions and purposes of the Council as set forth in <br /> this resolution. <br /> * * * <br /> - 3 - <br />
