REG :yc :12/14/59--7 R E S O L U T I ON N 0. 2932 RESOLUTION OVERRULING ACTION OF THE PLANNING CONNISSION AND APPROVING TIE SUBDIVISION OF THREE LOTS LOCATED AT 1560 KENTFIELD AVENUE WHEREAS, application was made by Gaetano Ferrigno, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 631, the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, to the Subdivision Committee of the City of Redwood City for authorization to subdivide the below described property into three lots; and WHEREAS, the property for which authorization to subdivide is sought is that property described as Lot 9 and a portion of Lot 8 of Woodside Acres No. 1, also known as 1560 Kentfield Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Committee denied the application; and WHEREAS, the applicant appealed said denial to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.41 of Ordinance No. 631; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denied said appeal; and WHEREAS, Gaetano Ferrigno and Dino Pardini, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.1 of said Ordinance No. 631, have appealed the decision of the Planning Commission to the Council of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of Ordinance No. 631, a hearing was held on December 7, 1959, and facts both for and against granting of the application were presented to the Council; and WHEREAS, the Council, after hearing the evidence presented on appeal, is prepared to render a decision; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C`,UNCIL OF MTh E CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1.
