The application is granted on the express conditions: <br /> (a) That the applicants deed a twenty -seven foot (27f) <br /> wide parcel for the entire width of the property to be subdivided <br /> where it is adjacent to Sierra Street for street purposes to permit <br /> the improvement of Sierra Street to a standard fifty -four foot Mt) <br /> wide street. <br /> (b) That the applicants immediately secure and sign a <br /> petition for the formation of an assessment district to improve <br /> Sierra Street to a standard fifty -four foot (54') wide street. <br /> (c) That the applicants immediately circulate the petition <br /> and attempt to secure the necessary signatures for the formation of <br /> the assessment district. <br />
