(c) - l (3-( <br />injury and property damage (coverage <br />required to the extent applicable to <br />Licensee's vehicle usage in performing <br />services hereunde-). <br />Concurrently with the execution of this License, Licensee will furnish City with <br />certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance required <br />hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile <br />liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of <br />thirty (30) days after City shall have received written notification of <br />cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br />(b) Providing that Licensee's insurance shall apply separately to each insured <br />against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the <br />limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br />(c) Naming City its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as <br />additional insured's; and <br />(d) Providing that Licensee's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance <br />with respect to City its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br />agents, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by City for itself, <br />its officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess <br />of Licensee's insurance and not contributory with it. <br />If Licensee fails to maintain any of the insurance coverage required herein, then <br />City will have the option to revoke this License, or may purchase replacement insurance <br />or pay the premiums that are due on existing policies in order that the required <br />coverage may be maintained. Licensee is responsible for any payments made by City <br />to obtain or maintain such insurance and City may collect the same from Licensee or <br />deduct the amount paid from any sums due Licensee under this License. <br />13. Hazardous Materials. Licensee agrees that it will not use, generate, store <br />or dispose of any hazardous material on, under, about or within the Property in violation <br />of any law or regulation. Hazardous materials includes, but is not limited to, any <br />substance known by the State of California to cause cancer and /or reproductive toxicity, <br />and /or any substance, chemical or waste which is identified as hazardous, toxic or <br />dangerous in any applicable federal, state or local law or regulation. In the event of a <br />breach of this provision, City may revoke this License immediately and pursue any <br />remedies to which it is entitled by law. <br />14. Assignment.
