(o.i D -5 <br />2. ORGANIZATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GARDNER CENTER <br />(i) Designate the GARDNER CENTER Director as a member of <br />REDWOOD CITY 2020's Operations Committee, to serve as a formal liaison to <br />maintain communication between the GARDNER CENTER and REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />governance on the development and implementation of the work pursuant to this <br />Agreement. <br />(ii) Designate the GARDNER CENTER Executive Director to <br />participate in REDWOOD CITY 2020's Coordinating Council. <br />(iii) Designate a full time Community Liaison funded and supervised by <br />the GARDNER CENTER to work with REDWOOD CITY 2020 in the areas of youth <br />development practice, capacity, and school - family - community connections. This <br />Liaison will also serve as a primary facilitator, information sharer, and broker between <br />the GARDNER CENTER and REDWOOD CITY 2020 as it relates to the work agreed <br />upon between the Parties hereto. <br />(iv) Use its best efforts to provide graduate students, faculty, and other <br />staff affiliated with the GARDNER CENTER to be connected with relevant REDWOOD <br />CITY 2020 agencies based on needs or interests expressed by REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />agencies or the GARDNER CENTER. <br />B. OBLIGATIONS OF REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />(i) Identify and support key community contacts for day -to -day <br />logistics and communications matters related this Agreement.
