� . i D- 4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS <br />AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT <br />A. To agree on the long -term vision and general scope of the work co- <br />developed between REDWOOD CITY 2020 and the GARNER CENTER. <br />B. To describe the roles and responsibilities of primary representatives of <br />each party in maintaining collaboration and communication on the agreed upon work. <br />C. To work together to identify areas of common interest and concern as they <br />pertain to further community youth development. <br />D. To develop, promote and maintain communications between GARDNER <br />CENTER AND REDWOOD CITY 2020. <br />E. To collaborate on such selected projects pertaining to identified areas of <br />common interest as may mutually be agreed upon by the parties. <br />F. To maximize resources throughout, with the goal of improving positive <br />development outcomes for youth in the CITY. <br />G. To outline the various arrangements between the GARDNER CENTER <br />and REDWOOD CITY 2020 that will support the development, implementation, and <br />sustainability of the purpose of this Agreement. <br />H.
