(0 .l.D -8 <br />aspect of projects, as well as provide a formal venue for REDWOOD CITY 2020 to <br />share research ideas of their interest to be examined. <br />(iv) Abide by the highest ethical standards as outlined by the Human <br />Subject Board at Stanford University and by specific requests outlined by REDWOOD <br />CITY 2020. <br />(v) Use data provided for specific projects with the highest discretion <br />and consult with REDWOOD CITY 2020 for interpretation and analysis prior to sharing <br />any data or findings with third parties. <br />(vi) At no cost to REDWOOD CITY 2020 and based on the priorities of <br />the GARDNER CENTER as determined at its sole discretion provide technical support <br />around community youth development. . <br />(vii) Effective fall of 2003, provide on no less than a monthly basis an <br />update of relevant recent publications, studies, events, via an online newsletter and <br />distributed to REDWOOD CITY 2020 groups and committees. <br />4. TERM <br />This Agreement shall be effective beginning May 1, 2003 and unless, earlier <br />terminated pursuant to paragraph 5 below, shall terminate on June 30, 2004. <br />5. TERMINATION <br />Either the GARDNER CENTER or REDWOOD CITY 2020 may terminate this <br />Agreement by giving the non - terminating party sixty (60) days prior written notice. The <br />rights and obligations of the terminating party expire sixty (60) days after notice is given; <br />provided however that any monetary obligations outstanding upon the expiration date <br />shall survive until discharge. <br />F:Atty /Agr /Agr.123 6 <br />052903 <br />
