10. FUNDING <br />A sum of $85,000 will be contributed by the GARDNER CENTER to REDWOOD <br />CITY 2020 on or before June 30, 2003 and provided the Agreement is not otherwise <br />terminated, a second sum of $25,000 on or before January 31, 2004 to support the <br />purpose of this Agreement. <br />11.
