These other sections include the following: 1} Consistency with Lacal and <br /> Regional Plans; 2) Significant Unavoidable Impacts; 3) Growth Inducing Impacts; 4} Sibnificant <br /> lrreversible Environmental Chan�es; 5) EIR References and Or�anizations & Persons Consulled; and <br /> 6} EIR Authors. <br /> D. SUBMITTAL OF THE ADMIN DRAFT E1R <br /> Upon completion of the Administrative Draft EIR (ADEIR), DJP&A will submit up to ten (10) <br /> copies of the ADEIR to the City of Redwood City Planning, Housing, and Economic Development <br /> Deparhnent for review and comment. <br /> E. PREPARATiON OF "SCREENCHECK" AND DRAFT EIR <br /> A"screencheck" Draft E!R will be prepared based on comments from the City on the ADEIR. <br /> DJP&A �vill provide t�vo copies of the "screencheck'' Draft EIR to the City for final review and <br /> comment. The document will be revised in response to the comments received from the City and <br /> DJP&A wilf print up to 50 copies of the Drafr EIR for circulation. DJP&A will provide a PDF copy <br /> of the Draft EIR for posting on the City's website. DJPBcA will also draft for City review the Notice <br /> of Completion and Notice of Availability, and distribute the DEIR, NOC, and NOA to the State <br /> Clearinghouse and to responsible/trustee agencies and other public agencies, as directed by the City. <br /> F. PREPARATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE FINAL EIR <br /> Upon conclusion of ihe Drafi EIR circulation period, DJP&A will prepare the Final EIR/responses to <br /> commenis in the form of an amendment document to the Draft EIR. In conformance with CEQA <br /> Guidelines Section 15 ] 32, the Final EIR (FEIR) will consist of the following items: <br /> 1. Revisions to the EIR text, as necessary; <br /> 2. List of individuals and agencies commeniing on the Draft EIR; <br /> 3. Responses to comments received on the Draft EIR, as directed by the City, <br /> 4. Copies of letters or records of verbal comments received on the DEIR; and <br /> 5. Summary records of public hearings, if requested. <br /> All responses to written comments will be answered in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines <br /> (Section 15088). Any changes to the Draft EIR text will be marked with strikeoudunderline <br /> formattin� to show revisions in response to comments. DJP&A will prepare a summary that includes <br /> a list of commenter's. comment letters, and responses to comments on the DEIR. DJP&A will print <br /> up to 50 copies of the Final EIR for distribution, and provide e PDF copy of the Final E1R, if <br /> desired, for postin� on the City's website. <br /> This scope assumes 65 hours for DJP&A to prepare responses to comments received by ihe City <br /> within the 45-day review DEIR period and rnake any associated text revisions.
