The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit to the <br />San Mateo County Auditor and Tax Assessor,~ahdlto ~he state <br />Board of Equalization, the following information: <br /> <br /> (a) A description of the boundaries of the project area <br /> (Exhibit A). <br /> <br /> (b) A statement that a plan for the redevelopment of <br /> the area is being prepared. <br /> <br /> (c) A map indicating the boundaries of the project <br /> area and the property outside the project area <br /> specified in subdivision (g) of Section 33328 <br /> of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br /> (d) A statement that the 1981-82 assessment roll <br /> will be the base year assessment roll for purposes <br /> of the proposed redevelopment plan. <br /> <br /> 3. The Planning Director ~ is hereby directed to prepare <br />or cause to be prepared, a Redevelopment Plan for the selected <br />project area, which shall be based upon the Preliminary Plan <br />previously prepared for such project area, and in accordance <br />with the requirements of the Community Redevelopment Act. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
