Assistance During Construction ; <br /> Assistance witl be provided during the constructian process including shop drawing <br /> review,response to RFI's,and one site visit to prepare the punoh list. <br /> Attendance at the preconstruction tneeting is excluded. <br /> Task 3b. Record Drawings <br /> A limited post-constructian field review of the project area will be perfarmed. We assume <br /> the City will provide BKF with a red-lined markup from the contractor showing deviations ' <br /> from the approved 100%plan set. Red lines and observations from the fieid review will be <br /> incorporated into a record drawing set of plans for the City's records.
